  1. To the family of Ms. Outen:

Ms. Outen and my grandmother, Carrie Marshall were good friends. Ms. Outen has always had a special place in our hearts and she was a bonus grandmother to my daughter, Kayla. Kayla would often times find a way to eat breakfast with them at Lizard’s Thicket. Ms. Outen always found a way to give her something for her birthday. She had a sweet spirit and I am so glad that we were blessed to know her. I pray for comfort and peace during your time of bereavement.
