  2. My heart goes out to the Hendrix/Morgan family. Connie had so much joy for life and love for others. My favorite memory is seeing Connie, Mary and Teresa together. They had a mischievous twinkle in their eyes and once the laughter started they carried you with them. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of that. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. Sincere condolences to the Hendrix and Morgan families in the passing of your beloved Connie. I just learned of her passing and it is so difficult to express the loss of a childhood friend even though we lived in different counties. I had the pleasure of meeting the Hendrix family through my father the late Odell Glasgow, Sr. Dad serviced Mary Lee’s car at the Newberry Chrysler dealership on saturdays during her weekly visits to Blair while teaching in Georgia.

  35. “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her. She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness. Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.” Proverbs 31 excerpt

Dearest Morris, my deepest condolences and prayers for God’s comfort and His strength and peace for you, your three sons, and the Morgan and Hendrix family members, in your grief for dear Connie’s earthly departure. Sherman and I were saddened for you to learn of “Sister‘s-in-Love”, as she and her dearly departed sister, Mary Lee often called me, earthly passing.

Just like her charming, loving “Virtuous” Mother Beaudell, who also lovingly embraced me, dear Connie was a sincerely, kind, fun, gentle and loving woman, who possessed and displayed Godly traits just like her dear Mother.

I pray that your memories of dear Connie’s, Godly and noble character, and her lighthearted, peaceful and kind demeanored life, also serve to bring you comfort, peace and joy in the days ahead.

God’s comfort and grace to dear Connie’s family.
