  1. My heart is heavy for the loss of Sis. Elizabeth. Although we knew each other for a brief period, her impact left a permanent impression on me. I’m thankful, so thankful, for the moments we had to worship together and smile together.
I’m so glad that God is a Lifter even when our hearts are heavy.
To the beautiful family, I pray that our Almighty God continues to Lift you, Undergird you, and Carry you throughout the days and moments ahead. I know God is Able to provide you with peace which surpasses all understanding.
    We love you all.

  2. “Ms. Clara” that’s what I called her. I’m going to miss hearing her say, “there’s my girl!”. When I heard you say that on Mother’s day, I had no idea that would be my last time hearing it from you. Rest in Heaven sweet lady! To the family, I send you my love and prayers.

  4. To my family and friends of my cousin Elizabeth: God has called home a precious soul. She will never cry again, be in pain, or suffer of any kind. What a wonderful place and space to be. To her siblings and all other family members, she will be greatly missed in this world but know that she is with our Father and we will see her again. Love you.

  5. According to Ephesians 3:19 says, “and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God”. I pray that God sustain you during this time.

  6. According to Psalm 55:22
“Cast your burden on the LORD, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.”
God knows all about our struggles, so even in times like this he knows just how much we can manage. I am praying that God would strengthen you with the peace that only he can provide to you. Sister Thompson was a strong lady, because she knew who to call on. We will truly miss you Sister Thompson during Sunday morning service.

    Rest in peace,

Dr. Pamela Robinson Sumter, Madison Sumter & Family
