  17. Our family was so blessed to have Ida Mae help shape our lives. I believe the reason we are all still soooooo happy to see each other whenever we do is because of the love and upbringing of Ida Mae. She taught us so well.

It’s tough for me, but I also know she would not want us to be sad. She would want us to be happy that we are blessed here together to love our family for this short time on earth. When I think of my Aunt Ida Mae, I can only smile inside and out. That will never change.

I’m sure I’m not the only one, but I’ll miss you for the rest of my life, Aunt Ida. You were the sweetest you could be to all of us from my first memories as a child. I will miss your soft cheeks from your hugs and kisses. I will miss the look in your eyes when we saw one another.

    Love,
    Tony

  20. My girl Ida, I am so glad I came to see you, got my hugs and kisses from you before you left me. My girl Ida was my babysitter, my Bethlehem Center mama and everything else my mother had her to be for me while my mom was here and after she left me. I love my girl Ida and will miss her dearly. Family this is a rough one but we will make it through it all. Rest on my girl Ida.
