  7. William,

Our family wants to extend our heartfelt sympathy to you and your children. I am sure if tears could build a stairway to heaven, you would walk the path to Heaven and bring Tina back to you all. Although you may have questions, which is natural. Just know God is in charge. He knew Tina’s entry day into this world, as he knew her exit date to gain her wings and go to a home not made by man. A mansion with many rooms, where every day will be like Sunday.

Continue to trust God, and he will take care of you and your family.

  17. Tina was a remarkable person. She was the sister of my best friend, which made her like a sister to me as well. As a child, she was silly, funny, and adorable, and she grew into a beautiful, intelligent, and witty adult. I will miss her, but I take comfort in knowing I will see her again. My condolences go out to William, the kids, Beverly, and the Witherspoon and Bracey families.

  37. To our Sister in Law, with Love!

    Tina,
There are no words that can express what you have meant, and will continue to mean to us! We have had so many moments together, experiencing  the joys and  sorrows that families go through. Through all the years, our love for each other, and our family, never wavered  and helped us to overcome things together. Thank you for loving our brother, Bill, and loving our family. Thank you for giving us a niece and nephew that outshine the stars. Our gatherings, especially Thanksgiving, will never be the same without you because you always put the finishing touches to the holiday that made you our sister! Heaven has so many of our loved ones there who have joyfully welcomed you home. Surround yourself with their love, but keep us in your heart and sight as you wait for us to be reunited. We will keep you in our hearts and memories, and watch over Bill, DeAsia, and Darius as you would want us to.

Psalm 30:5 reads, “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” In the midst of our sorrow, we rejoice knowing that you are at peace and resting easily in the arms of our Heavenly Father.

  49. On behalf of the State Board and staff of Child Evangelism Fellowship of South Carolina, we grieve with and for your family. We pray in faith for the Presence of the LORD to hold each of you within the warmth of HIS peaceful embrace.

In such suddenness, while it is uncomprehensible “why”, we can trust with all that is within us of HIS goodness and wisdom. When we haven’t anything else, “GOD is good.”

    You are loved…
