  8. We will continue our sympathies and prayers to the Molden and Young Families in the loss of Sister Malinda Molden. Sister Lynn is an angel that was sent by God to guide us for a few short years. There were many messages that Sister Lynn brought to us and showed us how to get to Heaven; one of the most remembered was that we must learn Scriptures in order to live by them. Sister Malinda Young Molden expressed her love for God to all who know her by her beautiful smile and her teaching and living His Word. To you, the Molden and Young Families, we love you and Sister Lynn to the extent that we anxiously wait for the time when we join her in Heaven.
    Love.

  14. Truly will be missed. I’m certain you earned your wings in Heaven, so I know you’re still happy living, watching sometimes from above over family and friends. I thank Jesus for his comfort because it doesn’t feel easier after loved ones go on to Glory. The good memories keeps a smile. The hard days keeps the Bible closer and more time than normal each day talking with Jesus and Abba. To my extended family always seek the Kingdom of God because everything you need comes through Jesus. I love ya’ll.

  17. My condolences to Trustee Robert and family. Malinda was a very loving person. She had so much love in her heart. I will miss our conversations. She would keep me updated on her and when she was in the hospital. She called me her friend. She shared with me about the pain she would be experiencing but she never lost faith and kept a smile on, even in her sickness. My last text message from her was on August 14th , the day after she got home from the hospital. One that will stay with me. Even though she was sick, she would always ask about my mom. I will miss her, but I know she is at peace with our Father in heaven. She fought a good fight. Now she can rest from her labor.

  19. Condolences to Robert, family and her friends. I am so blessed to have known Malinda as a sister in Christ and co-worker with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). Malinda would light up the office when she came to work. Her smile and attitude was so infectious. I will miss our talks about God, family and how much she love them. How much she always had their support when venturing into a business venture. “Everyone” loved Malinda. She will be missed but her memories will last forever in everyones heart. Love you so much Malinda.

  21. Thanking the Lord for allowing our path to cross when I met Sister Molden at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church Farrow Rd. I will cherish so many memories especially when Lynn was lead teacher in the elementary class, Sunday school Superintendent and Vacation Bible School Coordinator.
I remember when she instructed us during “Good News Club” (A ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship) and encouraged us to learn the Books of the Bible in order…then we learned them backwards from Revelation to Genesis. I also will cherish our time in the Drama Production of “This Same Jesus” written my her mother Minister Young. I am forever grateful for all the memories we shared and her singing one of her favorite songs…”Falling in love wth Jesus was the best thing I ever done “. She’s at rest with her beloved Savior Jesus… and enjoying His presence.

  22. My deepest condolences to Cedric and family. Lynn was one of the most kind, caring, gentle and humble people one could ever meet. She would sometimes take my Aunt Mae(Cedric’s grandmother) to chemo early in the morning and sit with her until her treatment was finished. My Aunt would call me and say, “Pandy, Lynn is so sweet! She took me to chemo and she has cancer too. Tell me God ain’t good. That’s a blessing!” She was so happy to have her in her life and I couldn’t agree more. I am also grateful to have known her. Take your rest “Sweet Angel” until we meet again. Family, may the Lord shine His light brightly on you and give you more happiness than a rich harvest of grain and grapes. My deepest condolences. God bless.

  23. My sweet dear friend will truly be missed. The wonderful spirit she had working with the youth leading them to Christ and her own faithful journey. Such a strong young lady always smiling. Rest my wonderful friend. Much love and prayer to the entire family that God comfort you during this time. Tears is a cleansing. It will always remain in my memory my last time with Lynn just holding her hand with unspoken words, then Rob and I singing Blessed Assurance with Lynn slightly moving her head. Our Angel

  26. My baby and Best Friend, who is also my sister-in-law, I cherish our memories forever. You were the gentlest spirit I knew. I cherish the moments of playing UNO, long talks, traveling, crying, and, most of all, reading our Bibles and talking about Jesus. The one thing I take from you is that Salvation is real. That we as humans can live our lives surrounded by Jesus’ character. You showed me how to be a better believer. God peace and God shall wipe our tears. I will never forget you. To my Family, live as Lynn would want us to be.

Rob, you were the love of Malinda’s life, and I commend you for all you’ve done and for staying right there by her side. Cedric and Demetrius, the two of you were her strength and she loved and cherished you, along with the daughters(in-law) and grandchildren you gave her. Mama Gladys, thank you for all you instilled in Malinda because she ensured it flowed to everyone who came in contact with her. Matt, Brian, and Carlton, you were always the “big brothers”, even though she was the oldest. I will dearly miss Malinda but I know a part of her remains in my heart. She was not just a best friend of 45+ years, she was my sister. I will forever cherish the memories we created and shared.
