Shauna and family, I extend my deepest sympathies to you. I enjoyed the time Margaret and I worked together at Capital City. I learned a lot from her, and she from me. She was an amazing woman who loved all of you unapologetically, and told you every time she talked to or saw you. She was genuine – she didn’t fake how she felt about someone! I always felt like I could talk to her about anything. Her grandchildren were her whole world. She loved sharing stories about and pictures of Tristyn as a toddler. One of my favorites was Tristyn wearing my sunglasses like she was grown! She loved Andrew and fought for him, even advocating for him after he passed. I hate that she and I weren’t in touch with each other.
I know Andrew was there with open arms as she entered heaven.
May her memory be a blessing, and may you find peace as you remember her.
