  13. May God continue to be whatever you need as you all go through this transitional time in your lives. I had the pleasure of working with Mrs. James at DHEC during my younger years. I found her to be a very knowledgeable person. I consider her as being my Family Planning doctor. She took a lot of time with her patients in problem solving and making them feel comfortable. She was also a dedicated employee to her co-workers. I know she will e greatly missed, but she’s in a better place now. Focus on the positive memories she left behind. Love you all.

  18. Mrs. James was a blessing to me in so many ways. I have story after story about how God used her to impact my life and so many others! I’m most grateful because I would have never attended college if it weren’t for her. She taught me so much about Public Heath and giving back to our communities. She was loved and will be missed! Rest in peace Mrs James! Prayers to her family!!
