  4. Mom Viola was the epitome of the Proverbs 31 woman. I was raised by a single parent who did all she possibly could. But without Mom Viola’s example, I never would have known HOW to truly love the Lord and strive daily to be a godly wife to my wonderful husband of 36 years! Miss you dearly, Mom!

  8. As some people journey through life
They leave footprints wherever they go – Footprints of kindness and love, courage and compassion, humor and inspiration, joy and faith.
    Even when they’re gone,
We can still look back and clearly see the trail they left behind; A trail bright with HOPE that invites us to follow. Praying you’ll be comforted with precious memories as you think of such a beautiful woman of God, Sis. Viola Richardson.

  19. Earth has no sorrow that Heaven cannot heal. My heart aches but it also rejoices to know that an angel has transitioned home. Sis Richardson was the personification of a “classic lady”. I will always have fond memories of her grace and wisdom. She has joined her friends – Hall and Collins as they were affectionately known to each other. From the Hall family to the Richardson (Byrd) family. Grace and peace be with you.

  26. Mom Richardson,
was the sweetest person I knew. She would do anything to help someone in need. I could talk to her about anything. We would hang out going to look for material or just go shopping. She loved butterflies and wind chimes. I really am going to miss mom Richardson, but I have many memories. The draperies she made for my den and living room. The seat cushions for my dining room chairs and my living room sofa. I love you mom always. Daughter from another mother and father.
