Good afternoon, this is Geraldine banks. Alberta and I were co-workers who became friends at a point in our career, I am filled with sorrow and sympathy to hear of her passing I send this message with my deepest condolences to her son Darius and the family and all affected by this loss. Your family is within our prayers and may she forever rest in peace.

Praying you will be strengthen by God as you go through this time and days ahead. Alberta will be missed. She was a humble woman that loved God, Darius, her family, church family and friends.
It was a pleasure to have her as a friend. She was always the same; our school days, coworker years at Richland County Public Library and in our friendship.

I am deeply sorry for your loss. I will always remember how incredibly pleasant and kind Mrs. Alberta was to me every time we spoke at church.

We would often talk about our childhood years at Howard Elementary where we were best friends; little did we realize that many years later we would become relatives. She will be missed, but to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Take your rest Ms. Powers.
