  1. With deep regret, I just found out about Evelyn’s passing. Such a BEAUTIFUL Person. We labored many years at SCDept of Mental Health together. She will be missed by Family and everyone that she came in contact with. Take Your Rest! We loved you but GOD LOVED YOU BEST. LORETTA Flateau CHESTNUT.

  2. Our condolences to the family. God continue to give you strength on this journey. Ms Evelyn was so kind to me at Bethlehem. We learned we shared roots and family in a little town call Springfield SC. The conversation was always interesting. Thank you Ms Evelyn for those close to home conversations, I do miss them. RIP

  14. Evelyn will be missed. she was my neighbor, friend, one of my Mommas and always one to give you a good laugh. She’s known my family since I was born, seen me grow up, get married, become a mother and a grandmother. She has a special place in my heart.
    To my sister/friend Angela, you had the best Momma and she loved you more than anything in the world. she was proud of you and never failed to let anyone know it.
    To her siblings John, Robert and Horace, I wish you all peace and comfort.

  17. To Ms.Angela, Mr. Chandler, Mr. John Brown, I was so saddened to learn about Ms. Evelyn Taylorโ€™s passing. What a great, beautiful, humorous, humble, caring, loving, outgoing, thoughtful, outspoken, said what she meant, and meant what she said, wonderful lady, has gone home to be with the Lord! Thank You Lord for allowing Ms. Evelyn to be a part of my life. Iโ€™ll truly miss our long conversations, where Ms. Taylor had me rolling with laughter! Yes, she was very special to me. Iโ€™ll miss our Deaconess โ€œCall-Inโ€ Visitations Ms. Evelyn. Youโ€™re gone home to be with the Lord, but youโ€™ll forever remain in my heart!
