  7. I would like to express my deepest sympathy to the Humphrey family. Julia’s father mentored me early in my career, and her mother attended graduate school with me. Julia was one of my best friends. She loved sports and was fan number one at Benedict and Carolina games. Win or lose, she kept the fans fired up. At physical therapy, Julia would talk to me and get me to exercise for hours, but not vice-a-versa. Oh Lord, please take care of my good friend Julia. The games will not be the same without Julia.
