I just want to send my deepest condolences to Mrs. Mary Hart and the family. LaTrell was very generous person who given her time to anyone she comes across, any cause, her church and community. She always will greet you with a warm smile and hug. She will ask how are your family is doing. This is definitely a loss to the St. John Baptist family. She will be sorely missed many whose lives she has touched. She would always encourage you to be your absolute best.
To the Harts family,
To know LaTrell was a blessing she was so gifted and instrumental in her craft as a teacher. I had the pleasure of working with her at Columbia High with the Special Needs children. It was a treasure to have had an opportunity and great gift to share that experience with her. She will be sorely missed.
Praying for the Harts family that the Presence of GOD bless you with HIS strength and comfort during this time of grief.
Ms. Mary Harts and family,
You have my deepest sympathy and continuous prayers as you process this loss. May God grant you peace in the days to come.
I am so sad to learn of LaTrell’s sudden passing, and send the deepest condolences to her family and friends. LaTrell was a kind, sweet person who gave back to her community in a number of ways. She served 2 consecutive terms on the City’s Planning Commission and had recently been appointed to the Urban Design Review Commission. We all enjoyed working with her and were always appreciative of her willingness to participate. We will miss her contributions and her lovely smile.
Deepest condolences to you Mary and your entire family. May God bless you with strength and a sweet peace during the days that are ahead.
I extend my deepest condolences and prayers to Mother Harts, other family members and friends of LaTrell Harts. I received the news of her passing as I entered Church this morning and was informed that her funeral occurred yesterday. She was not just a colleague of mine at Columbia High School; she was a dear friend. I cannot count the number of times that she was there when I needed support and showed up without asking if I needed it. We worked together on various activities for the school and swapped hilarious stories about family and our work experiences. Because she knew I had an infinity for the media center during her time as an assistant there, we talked and laughed daily about cooking recipes, Mother Harts and her fearlessness, homeopathic remedies–you name it. We even collaborated on activities for her students during my years as the Teacher Cadet advisor. As a matter of fact, Ms. English and Ms. Harts initiated the clothing closet for prom season at CHS. Her benevolence was as amazing as her smile. To say that she’s going to be missed is an understatement. To receive a message from somebody one week and to find out that they’re gone the next week is a shock to the system. However, I know that LaTrell was a woman of faith. She loved the Lord and walked accordingly. Rest in Heavenly peace, LaTrell.
Mrs. Harts you are in my thoughts and prayers.
My sincerest condolences to the entire family, friends, as well as other loved ones of Latrell Hart. Sending prayers of comfort and healing to all affected by her loss.
Latrell, I will forever remember and cherish the laughs…, all the good times…, that we shared throughout the years at Columbia High School!

Iβm so sorry for your loss. Here is a polished heartfelt message you can post or send to her mother/family:
I am deeply saddened to hear of the passing of my good friend, Latrell Harts.
Latrell, or βTrellβ as many of us knew her, was truly one of a kind. She was loving, helpful, thoughtful, cool, dependable, and a true team player. If you needed her to do anything, she was there β no hesitation, no excuses. She loved people, she loved God, and she loved children. She never met a stranger, and her heart was always open to those around her.
Latrell was also a great protector of Saint John Baptist Church. She served faithfully as a devoted Trustee alongside her mother, and she was a dedicated life member who loved her church family deeply. Her presence, her service, her smile, and her spirit will never be forgotten.
I thank God that I had the chance to see her again when I came home for Easter. That moment means even more to me now, and I will always cherish it.
To Mrs. Harts, please know that Trell is now in heaven with your husband and son. I believe she is still watching over you, still loving you, and still protecting you from above.
Trell, I am going to miss you. Take your place in heaven, gain your wings, and rest in the arms of the Lord.
With love and heartfelt sympathy,
Tajuana
