  1. We are saddened to hear about the passing of your mother. Thomas and I are just getting the news. When I first met your mother was at a 4 of July
gathering with Clara Mack. Georgiann was the name I knew her by. From that day we became friends. She had such a sweet sweet spirit. Always carried a beautiful smile. May God give y’all peace and comfort at this time and in the coming days ahead. 🙏 Love and blessings

May God gives y’all peace and comfort at this time and in the coming days ahead 🙏. Keep looking to the hills you know where your help comes from. God heals the brokenhearted.

  2. I know To Nettie and the family its hard to let her go, but she will always be with all of you in memories and she will live forever with you. God came and helped her out of her pain, she is resting know in the bosom of the Lord. I was so sadden to hear the transition from this world to be with the Lord. My mother would talk to you every night, seem as though you and her will be together again in heaven, talking and laughing and rejoicing. The two of you loved the Quartet Programs and would ride together to see and hear the good gospel music. You were such a close friend to my mother, Leola Pringle Harris. I will surely miss from seeing you making your entrance in Gunter’s Chapel Baptist Church. I adored your pretty hats and outfits, as I too love to wear hats and dress up just as you did. Rest Ms. Loretta, for we all have to leave this earthly world .

  4. Family; our hearts aches with y’all during this difficult time. She was a loving, lovely and caring person. She would let you know how she truly feel about you with her hugs and smiles. She was a joyful person as the “Greeter” at WALMART when she retired. Just a cheerful greeter and very encouraging to everyone who walked through the doors. A very welcoming person to everyone she met; and I’m sure she is being welcomed to be with the LORD and other love ones. We will forever remember her beautiful, caring and loving spirit. Take your rest Aunt GeorgeAnne; we love you; but the LORD loved you best. Oh my; and those HATS; you were the QUEEN in them and the gorgeous outfits as well!!! 😁
Praying that the LORD gives everyone the strength to endure now and afterwards. Much Love Always.

  20. Earth truly was your footstool now Heaven is your throne. I am blessed to have had you as an aunt who showed the world as a woman of color you will not be silenced but respected no matter what anyone thought of you. Truly a woman of grace, style, and a force that stood her ground. You taught me to live my truth and to call things out accordingly to navigate life effortlessly. God don’t create many folks of your stature, definitely made your mark. You gave me tough love by being hard on me as you schooled me on life to not only to be book smart but street smarts. You will be greatly missed, but your legacy lives on we understand the assignment so the next chapter begins. Thanks for simply being you, very thankful we made always made peace with each other, going to miss seeing you and our gossip talks! God assures we will be with our loved ones again so until then thanks for showing up but most importantly showing out! Love you always auntie~
