  2. If no o e sees it, at least you can read what I would have written.

    Mr. Cannon,
You were my principal at Mill Creek Elementary, and I will always remember your kindness, gentle spirit, and the way you truly cared — for the staff, the students, and your own family. You listened with genuine interest to all of my creative ideas and supported me wholeheartedly — from serving on the SIC, to teaching AAP, to bringing back the Fall Festival.
I always found myself trying to keep up with you, because your leadership and dedication left a lasting impact on me. You will be deeply missed.
And as we always say — once a Croaker, always a Croaker.
Sending love and prayers to your sweet family.
    With heartfelt gratitude,
Jeannie Palen
