  1. Sending my prayers and condolences to the Evans family. We will miss seeing Mr. Evans coming in and out the building and how we would have to disturb him at his desk every time we walked through the doors to go warm our food. He didn’t say a whole lot, but I saw that bible sitting on his desk open every day. I pray the Lord will comfort each of you during this difficult time. Take the time you need to grieve and then allow his legacy to live through each of you who were closet to him. Blessings!

  9. My heart and prayers goes out to you all. You have my condolences. I pray your strength in the Lord.
Each day the sting of death will get lighter. The good thing is he is always in your heart because spirits never dye, just separate from the physical. Keep looking forward to the day when the family reunion takes place and we will never have to depart from each other again, eternally together.
We love you keep looking to the hill this is where your help comes from.

  26. My condolences to the Evan’s family. May God continue to watch over each of you. To my brother Kelvin thank you for all that you did in my life. The mentorship and advice that you were willing to share taught me a lot in my Military career, sports officiating and just life in general. Brother you will be truly miss by many even though you were a man of few words. You didn’t have to say much to be understood. Thank you for always being yourself and never changing to please the crowd. To Joann and the kids remember all of the good times you all had with your Husband and father. God will guide your hearts and always keep watch over you all! I love you all! Always will be family!!!!!!

    Some more to be!

  28. Hello Evans Family,

I worked with “Kel” back in ID cards and then again in Trainee Processing. Kel usually had a straight face and didnt talk alot but when he did…He was cracking a sarcastic joke, or saying something off the wall. He was really funny…He talked to very few, but the ones he did, knew his sense of humor. I jokingly called him “old man” and always asked him what he had in his coffee mug. I will miss him and when I pass by his desk at work I just smile because I would say what you doing old man or good morning and he’d say “hey” under his breathe 🙂 like he didn’t want to be bothered. But of course, I did. Plus, he always had him a good breakfast, but he wouldn’t share. He will be truly missed!
